So... I have decided to humanize the frats from Monsters University. I originally planned to do only the sororities (which I did this past summer), but thought I should tackle these guys too.
To start with, I drew Jaws Theta Chi. Their monster forms are very humorous to me, I must say.
From left to right:
- Percy Boleslaw
- Dirk Pratt
- Roy "Big Red" O'Growlahan
- Baboso Goretega
- George Sanderson
- Omar Harris
Yes, Big Red is breaking a wooden board.
And Dirk's design just cracks me up with that silly hairstyle.
You're probably wondering, "If they're human, why do they have horns, tails, sharp teeth, and wings?" Let me explain: I've decided to not do a full humanization for the "Monsters" franchise, but rather make them humanoids with animalistic features, and with the power to transform into monsters (same for the sororities and everyone else; examples would include Rosie of HSS having a snake tongue, the PNKs being able to use their glowing eyes, etc. all in human form). Basically, they're a race of shapeshifters who live on another world, and have the capability of wormhole travel to Earth.
So, hopefully you enjoyed these jocks and their human modes. For those of you who don't get it, here's the picture:

Do you know what, this is hilarious because on the thumbnail I completely misread it as 'Fox' even though I recognised the team from MU, and thought that they were advertising biscuits
